Current Joint Venture Partners, Contracts & Technology Affiliates include: 1- Verizon Global Services & British Telecom - JV Contract 17- And many other global vendors Our Anticipated Market: The next generation of mobile communications is known as VoWLAN utilizing existing WLAN (Voice over Wireless LAN) to provide VoEx's customers with enhanced "last mile" voice, video and data connectivity, quality and reliability, as well as a potential new source of revenue. From an economic perspective, wireless VoIP calls that originate and terminate within the hotspot are virtually free, making this application very compelling for a university campus or multi-building corporate environment. Added features might include Push2Talk as an alternative to extension calling. VoEx International LLC (TM) executive team has been actively researching and developing this product for the past years and is positioned to market to clients right now. It is anticipated that this "dual mode" service will capture at least 1/3 of the Mobile communications revenue by early 2008. And as other conventional data mediums offered through EDGE & UMTS expands in its speed, offering and quality then Wireless VoIP will become the universal mobile communications medium by the end of this century. The conventional telephone services and telecom channels as we know are shifting as follow: 1- Usage of Mobile Phones is overcoming Fixed Lines in many countries of the world. Internet telephony services enable telecommunications carriers and other communications service providers to utilize the technologies and efficiencies of the Internet to cut costs and offer new services in order to add and retain customers. Our Data Communications and Telecommunications Offerings: We can provide extended Wireless VoIP services to both established and emerging international telecommunications carriers, mobile operators and WiFi Hotspots operators with high speed data networks and communications service. These carriers and other service providers can terminate calls for us in their local jurisdictions for a fee, and in some cases, send calls that originate in those locations over the Internet network to their final destination. Data communications and telecommunications have to be provided through third party roaming agreements with Mobile Operators & Hotspots operators to allow our customers to roam on networks. The challenge is to have a centralized "Integrated Billing System" that will capture all the uses and generate a ONE TEL BILL. Selecting the right partner is the challenge here, however, we need to be impartial and include all the possibilities as an equal partner and let our customers benefit from all. | |
