Asaad Y. Alnajjar
Mr. Alnajjar is Founder, President and Chief Strategy Officer of VoEx International LLC (TM) & VoEx Wireless (TM). With the expanded vision of building a technologically advanced third world countries including Iraq and The Arab World, Mr. Alnajjar has been very active in the research and development of information technology and communications throughout the MENA region. His work has included extensive research in Arabic and multilingual Internet names and DNS resolution, eNum Registries, e164 standards, IP-based products, and communications standards and regulations.

Mr. Alnajjar's ongoing goal is to promote global eKnowledge, eCommunity, eGovernment, and eCommerce by breaking the language and knowledge barriers that have been preventing many countries from evolving and developing at an acceptable pace and fashion. His recent work included the establishment of a new global communications channel. Other expertise includes the design and launch of large scale WiFi VoIP communication solutions (VoWLAN).

Mr. Alnajjar is recognized internationally as an innovative and revolutionizing force within the communications and telecom industry - his knowledge and opinions on global communications and the future of VoIP and wireless mobility have been featured commentary in print and broadcast media. He has created an effective, instrumental link in the expeditious delivery of Arabic and international domains to many cultures, and his research work is being utilized today to finalize standards and deployment. Mr. Alnajjar has also played an active role in the resolution of important issues related to dispute policies, centralized common WHOIS, trademarks, and other legal concerns.

Mr. Alnajjar is a Founding Member of AINC and MINC, which work jointly to launch Arabic and multilingual domain name registration systems, conduct eCommerce feasibility studies, and design multi-lingual sites. Mr. Alnajjar is also founding Member of ABFICT (Arab Business Forum for Information and Communication Technology), which includes all Arab GSM and Internet providers, the Arab Ministries of Communications, and the Arab League.

Since early 1997, Mr. Alnajjar has had an active role in formulating the view of the Arab telecom business sectors by preparing working papers that address issues of concern in the fields of communications and information technology and recommend action plans to the Arab League.

Firas Albanna
Mr. Albanna represents VoEx International LLC (TM) and its services in Baghdad, Iraq. His responsibilities include establishing and installing VoIP applications throughout Iraq, as well as directing the distribution of mobile handsets and hardware through VoEx points of sale.

Mr. Albanna is a highly skilled professional with more than seven years experience in voice and data networking. He has excellent knowledge of the wireless industry and has achieved certifications with major telecommunications vendors such as Cisco Systems and Microsoft. Prior to joining VoEx International LLC (TM), Mr. Albanna founded AG Alliance Inc., a network consulting firm based in Toronto, Canada providing system integration services to universities and enterprises. He also holds a managing director position with Albanna General Trading Co. and is the Chief Executive Officer of ICTECH, a network technology trading company established in Jebel Ali, Dubai - U.A.E.

Mr. Albanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and a Master of Engineering degree in Network Telecommunications from the University of Toronto.
