Grand Rapids, MI - VoEx International LLC, a leading provider and innovative designer of global telecommunications and wireless solutions, and Arcade Solutions AG jointly submitted today their bid to Post and Telecom of Kosovo (PTK) for Kosovo's Wireless Local Loop (WLL) Project Consultancy Services.

PTK wishes to develop their local loop infrastructure in a manner which ensures the accomplishment of its strategic business objectives while also fulfilling its tele-density license obligations. PTK believes that the deployment of WLL technology that supports both narrowband and broadband communication is a key factor in achieving these goals and will prove to be both cost effective and timely.

PTK requires resource support from an external consultancy firm to produce a business case that supports and justifies the required investment for a Wireless Local Loop. The selected company will work closely with the technical, commercial, legal and finance departments of PTK to undertake business analysis and produce a finalized plan.

Last January 2005, Mr. Alnajjar presented at the Iraqi Wireless conference in London and outlined the advantages of WLL for Iraq's telecom future. He touched on the advanced data capabilities that will serve the Iraqi community in the near future.
